ENOUGH IS born from a single, broad sentiment:  recognition of the overwhelming need for change in Libya.  Although it was initiated by a group of second-generation Libyan exiles in the United States, Enough aims to engage all those who share this sentiment towards the betterment of Libya.

ENOUGH IS a call to action.  It rejects any attempt to make Libyans passive recipients of so-called reforms.  It emphasizes the belief that through active political, economic and social engagement, Libyans can truly pursue their aspirations by becoming the main protagonists in improving their own conditions.

ENOUGH IS a new voice of dissent against the Gaddafi regime. It builds upon the energies of past struggles but articulates a new generation of protest.  Enough locates the Gaddafi regime at the root of Libya's past failures, but it also sees hope in Libya’s future and people—particularly its youths.  Enough has utmost faith in the ability of all Libyans to overcome the limitations imposed upon them by an illegitimate regime. 

ENOUGH IS a chronicler of the stories, lives and events of a people who will not be demeaned by tyranny.  Enough firmly proclaims the dignity of the Libyan people. It is a witness to their struggles and their promise.

ENOUGH IS the discontent that emerges from 40 years of injustice. Most importantly, however, Enough is a movement full of optimism.

انطلقت حركة "خلاص!" من شعور موحد وواسع النطاق يسعى لإبراز الحاجة والضرورة الملحة للقيام بتغيير شامل في ليبيا، وهي مبادرة من مجموعة من الشباب الليبي الذي نشأ وترعرع في المنفى بالولايات المتحدة، وحركة "خلاص!" تسعى لإشراك جميع الناشطين الذين يشاركوننا هذا الشعور من أجل تغيير الوضع في ليبيا إلى واقع أفضل عما هو عليه اليوم.

كما أن الحركة هي دعوة إلى العمل، دعوة لرفض أي نهج يتوقع من الليبيين أن يكونوا متفرجين أو متلقين سلبيين لما يسمى بـ"الإصلاح" الزائف.  فحركة "خلاص!" تؤكد على الدور الرئيسي والقيادي الذي يجب أن تقوم به القاعدة الشعبية داخل وخارج ليبيا في بناء المستقبل الأفضل الذي يتطلع له الشعب الليبي، عبر الإصرار على أن تصبح هذه العناصر الوطنية هي العناصر الأساسية الفاعلة في تحسين ظروف وواقع الشعب.

حركة "خلاص!"  صوت جديد يرفض بقاء نظام القذافي وصوت جديد يبنى على العطاء النضالي السابق وينطلق نحو بناء جيل جديد يواصل مسيرة الرفض.  حركة "خلاص!" تشدد على أهمية إبراز مسؤولية نظام القذافي في ليبيا على اخفاقات الماضي، ولكنها أيضا ترى الأمل في مستقبل ليبيا وشعبها ولا سيما شبابها.  كما أن حركة "خلاص!" تؤكد على أن الشعب الليبي قادر على التغلب على القيود المفروضة عليه من قبل نظام غير شرعي وغير عادل.

حركة "خلاص!" هي تسطير لقصص وحياة ومواقف مجموعة من الناس ترفض أن تخضع للطغيان والقهر وتتمسك وبحزم بترسيخ مبدأ الكرامة والإنسانية والطموح للشعب الليبي.

حركة "خلاص!" نشأت نتيجة إحباطات 40 عاماً من القهر والسياسات الفاشلة على يد نظام القذافي، ولكن الأهم من ذلك أن الحركة مفعمة بالتفاؤل والإيجابية.
